All bookings of 10+ must be secured with card authentication. Please note that no money will be deducted from your account unless your party cancels within the specified time frame or does not show up for the booking.

All table bookings are available for 3-hour slots. Extensions will be at the discretion of our bookings team, depending on availability. If you would like to enquire about extending your booking, please email: glasshouses@onecircle.co.uk.

For groups of under 30, please notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance.

For groups over of 30, guests are required to provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations and a card authentication is required to secure your booking• Failure to cancel within the specified time frame or a no-show may result in a charge of £15 per person to the card used for authentication. 

(Please note that this cancellation policy differs for Sports bookings.)

Bookings for parties exceeding 20 people will be offered the option to pre-order drinks to welcome you to your tables and food if you are looking to eat.

We may require a pre-order or for minimum spend depending on your group size and booking requirements.

Please note our policies for minimum spends differ during the busier seasons such as major sporting events and Christmas.

For bookings with 40 or more guests, a pre-order and/or minimum spend is mandatory to welcome you to your tables, this also applies to food if you are looking to eat. This is to ensure a seamless experience and reduce the wait time from the bar & kitchen.

• We add 12.5% discretionary service charge to all pre-orders and large groups.

• Pre-orders must be sent 7 days prior to the booking date. Drinks only pre orders carry a 72 hour cancellation period, while food pre orders carry a 5 day cancellation period.

We encourage you to discuss your preferences and requirements with our bookings team when placing your pre-order.

For sports bookings, please specify which sport you are looking to watch. We prioritise certain games over others so it is essential to indicate your preference to ensure the best experience for your party.

We have screens across the venue and we randomly allocate tables on the day. Please note we cannot guarantee the tables in front of the big screen.

Some of our games may be ticketed based on demand.
